Chef Pierre Kaufeis and his team love classic cooking as well as modern seasonal cuisine. With skill and creativity, they combine the best basic products and create exciting enjoyment! It uses what comes from the region, has season and completes the taste experience. For vegetarian and vegan guests, there is always a seasonal offer and in case of allergies, most dishes can be easily adapted spontaneously - because always freshly prepared.

Nathalie Burkhalter (Head of Restaurants) and the friendly service team make sure you have a good time in the stars. We are here for you, attentive and discreet. If you feel like it, we are happy to recommend the perfect drop to the fine meal. We are especially fond of the many Swiss wine specialties with which we surprise and delight our guests again and again.

The elegant coziness in the garden room has a relaxing effect, lets forget everyday life. Delightful people will find sophisticated seasonal creations, proven classics from the Swiss kitchen and the unique "13-course-menu".

When it gets colder outside, the leaves turn white and the first clouds of mist rise, man and woman get really excited about our seasonal racers: tender deer schnitzel, homemade deer pepper and of course the venison "stars", which we traditionally serve on the silver platter. In addition, Chef Pierre has come up with some particularly sophisticated creations. Try the cordon bleu of boar with wild boar ham and Gomser Bergkäse cheese or the exquisite venison steak under an almond crust. First of all, you must not miss the crepinette from the quail with porcini mushroom tartare.

Business-Lunch

Three business lunch options (meat, fish and vegetarian) and popular Swiss classics are available. Ideal for business people and connoisseurs who want to be price-conscious and quickly pampered in a quieter atmosphere at noon.

Dorfbeizli - "Schnitzel - Burger - Rösti"

The historic Dorfbeizli is well anchored in the Regon. At the more than 150 years old wooden tables you have always met for a cool beer or a fine wine. You discuss, get to know new people, treat yourself to a break from hectic everyday life in the rustic ambience. When the hunger arrives, you order a delicious dish from the famous star cuisine - of course, all homemade!  

The bestsellers are Schnitzel, Burgers and Rösti, complemented with seasonal dishes and the popular Dorfbeizli menu. Here you can just stop off, without eating something big: fast & uncomplicated, comfortable & good! The offer changes several times a year and adapts to the seasonal offer. Always popular are the asparagus dishes in spring and the wild season in autumn.

Lunch

Fresh enjoyment - uncomplicated - of course, as the guiding principle of the lunch menu offer. Every day there are three options (meat, fish or vegetarian) at a very attractive price-performance ratio, a daily hit and some classic choices.

Sternengarten - enjoy & linger

In summer, the secluded Sternen-Garten is "the place to be"! Above you, a refreshing breeze blows through the dense canopy of the plane-tree lime trees, beneath it crunches the cooling gravel and next to it, the fountain splashes in the park ... Sit back and enjoy the moment!
